Lieutenant Jason Ondricka has been employed by the Muskego Police Department since January 2003. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Sociology – Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, and attended the Wisconsin Police Corps Recruit Academy in 2002. Lieutenant Ondricka was assigned to second and third shift as a Patrol Officer until April 2013, when he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. As a Sergeant, Lieutenant Ondricka helped retool the department’s field training program, assisted in overseeing the department’s training program, and worked on implementing the department’s Emergency Medical Dispatch program. In January 2017, he was promoted to Lieutenant. Lieutenant Ondricka has been a member of the department’s Tactical Team since 2009, and has also served as a department Field Training Officer. Lieutenant Ondricka has attended numerous training sessions and seminars, including Basic SWAT, Advanced Reid Interview and Interrogations, Field Training Officer school, Evidence Technician school, Highway Drug Interdiction, Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), and several Tactical Conferences. Lieutenant Ondricka is also a graduate of First-Line Supervisory Training for Criminal Justice Professionals.
