NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessment Roll for the City of Muskego is planned to be completed and notices mailed to property owners on or about
May 28, 2013. The assessment roll will be open for your inspection from May 29, 2013 through June 26, 2013, in the office of the City Assessor from 8:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at Muskego City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue and at the Muskego Public Library during normal library hours,
S73 W16663 Janesville Road.
After June 26, 2013, the assessment roll will continue to be available for review at City Hall only.
FURTHER, BE ADVISED that the assessment staff for the City of Muskego will be available by appointment only to discuss assessments from May 29, 2013 through June 26, 2013 at City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, and at said times instructional materials will be available. However, the City Assessor will be available at Muskego City Hall on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with no appointment necessary.
