INFO---Tree Damage PICKUP from Jan. 12 Snow Storm

The City of Muskego DPW will be collecting damaged tree debris from the January 12th 2024 snow storm. The collection dates will be from Monday March 4th Friday March 8th. This will be a ONE-TIME collection of strictly storm damaged tree limbs. All tree limbs should be placed with the cut end facing the edge of the road. If it is deemed by the City of Muskego that the items placed by the edge of the road that were not damaged from the storm, your residence will be skipped and you will be responsible for disposal of items.  

NOT accepted items:

  • Leaf piles 
  • Grass clippings 
  • Garbage 
  • Bushes
  • Miscellaneous yard waste

You also have the option of taking damaged limbs to the Yard waste drop-off site for Muskego.

Accepted Materials for the landfill: yard waste, trash, tires (4 Max), scrap metal, and electronics (2/household). Residents are limited to one load per week with a maximum load size of 1.5 yards of material, which is equal to one leveled pickup truck bed.  The 124th Street Drop off Location will be accepting unlimited loads of yard waste only from residents. The one load with a maximum load size of 1.5 yards still applies to all other materials including trash, tires, scrap metal and electronics.
