[ARCHIVED] Muskego Police to Participate in Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over

The initiative runs from August 16 through September 2, 2013. During that time, additional enforcement efforts will focus on alcohol and drug impaired drivers.

From January 1 through August 5 of 2013, there have been 62 fewer fatalities on Wisconsin's roads than during the same time period in 2012, a decrease of 18%. The Muskego Police Department hopes to decrease this number even further by participating in this program.

Drivers are urged to drive sober and utilize designated drivers. They are also encouraged to report suspected impaired drivers to local law enforcement.
