Cup of Health Series: Self-Care - 9:30am

Self-care is a necessary and unselfish tool for maintaining good health and well-being. This unit will educate individuals on the steps they can take for balanced physical, mental, and spiritual health needs amidst everyday responsibilities. A Cup of Health Series is presented by Waukesha County Public Health and the Aging & Disability Resource Center, and most sessions includes a free gift for attendees.
