Mayor Gottfried stated that some 68 entries were submitted in the City Seal Contest. After considerable concentration of the judges, Mr. Alan Schneider, S94 W14358 Ryan Dr., Hales Corners, Wis., was declared the winner of the $100.00 Savings Bond. Mr. Schneider was present and Mayor Gottfried presented him with the Bond.
