Library Cards
Patron cards:
Free library cards are issued to Wisconsin residents, except for those from Milwaukee County, whose residents may purchase a library card. To apply for a card, please provide a form of identification that shows your current address. Parents or legal guardians are required to sign for juvenile borrowers up to the age of 18 years.

Business cards:
A library card will be issued to any corporate body in Waukesha County. To apply for a card, please provide a letter of intent – on company letterhead – signed by an executive officer. This letter should address the following:

• The officers are aware that their employee may check out business related materials on the company card.
• The company assumes financial responsibility for replacement of lost and/or damaged materials, and payment of fines for overdue materials.
• The names of the individuals who are authorized to use the company card.

Teacher cards:
Teachers working at any public, private, or parochial school that is located in the Muskego/Norway School District are eligible for cards. To apply for a card, please provide the following:
• A valid identification listing your name and current address.
• A valid school identification, or proof of employment at the school district (a check stub is permissible).
