Racine Avenue Recreation Trail

Racine Avenue Recreation Trail

The City of Muskego will be constructing an off-road recreation trail on the west side of Racine Avenue from Woods Road to an existing pathway approximately 800 feet north of Cardinal Drive.  The purpose of this project is to help improve roadway safety by building a recreation trail for users to safely traverse along Racine Avenue and to link to existing recreation trails.  The work will include the paving of an eight-foot wide paved recreation trail and the installation/reconstruction of some ditches and storm sewer to improve/maintain drainage along the roadway.

Construction Status Update:  Construction is expected to start no sooner than Spring 2017.  This page will be updated as we have more information.
