Parks and Recreation operates one skating rink. The rink is located at Manchester Hill Park.
Manchester Hill's skating rink is a pond which is between 3 feet and 4 feet deep. Freezing depth is 6 inches -8 inches. Signage indicates whether the rink is open or not due to ice depth and quality. An access path takes you from the park's parking lot to the pond. There is lighting and an open, unheated shelter.
